Prospective technicians get to know A. Eberle💡⚡
Theory meets practice: As part of a field trip, we had the pleasure of welcoming the trainee technicians from the GRUNDIG AKADEMIE in Nuremberg to A. Eberle and giving them an insight into our company and modern energy technology.
Following a brief introduction to our company, our areas of activity and our solutions for a reliable energy supply, the participants were given a guided tour of various departments within our premises, gaining an insight into the working environment at A. Eberle and having the opportunity to chat with our specialist colleagues.
The topic of careers was also given plenty of attention during the visit. Our HR team provided practical tips on the application process and working with AI, and explained what matters most in applications.
In addition, our colleague Katharina - herself a graduate of GRUNDIG AKADEMIE - explained why she became a technician at A. Eberle, shared her experiences to date, and described her day-to-day work at A. Eberle.
