New subsidiary A. Eberle Schweiz AG
A. Eberle GmbH & Co. KG Nuremberg, a leading company in the development, production and worldwide distribution of products and services in the field of measurement and control technology for the energy supply, announces that 100% of the shares of the company E-Tec Systems AG from Switzerland have been acquired as of 10 January 2023.
E-Tec Systems AG was renamed A. Eberle Schweiz AG. In the same process, all employees were taken over. Mr. Raphael Wyder, formerly of Pfiffner Messwandler AG, was appointed Managing Director of the new subsidiary A. Eberle Schweiz AG, thus replacing Mr. Adrian Nauer, who is taking his well-deserved retirement, as planned.
With this acquisition, the A. Eberle Group will further strengthen its international presence and further consolidate its market position as an innovative and reliable partner for its customers around the world. A. Eberle Schweiz AG thus joins a number of branch offices of A. Eberle Nürnberg GmbH & Co. KG around the world, such as Africa, India, China and the Czech Republic, thus underlining the company's global commitment. In addition, the A. Eberle Group has a globally active network of independent trading partners.
The new homepage of A. Eberle Schweiz AG is now available at www.a-eberle.ch and offers interested customers and business partners comprehensive information about the products and services of the new subsidiary.
