In 1995, the company realigned towards the development of its own product family. Since then, A. Eberle has provided an innovative range of devices and developed its own internationally-focused distribution network.

How we contribute

All products and services are intended to guarantee and continuously improve the security of supply and availability of energy networks.
Our customers are energy suppliers at all voltage levels and large and mid-size industrial companies from all sectors that have their own energy supply.

Because of our demanding activities, a very high proportion, more than 50%, of our staff is made up of highly qualified technicians and engineers. We also consider an inherent part of our work to be coming together with customers and partners, taking on new tasks and solving problems with unconventional solutions.

We always aim to support our customers with innovative, high-quality products.

Here at A. Eberle, we have developed three values that are the foundation for our mission statement. Most of our employees are aware of how we drew up these values, as each of them was involved – and we are thankful for their interest and active participation!

Why did we develop these guiding principles?

Above a certain size, which we at A. Eberle have now reached, every business has a complexity that it is important not to underestimate. On the one hand, this complexity is required in order to live up to the diversity of the company’s tasks; on the other, it is incumbent on company management and employees to avoid as much unnecessary complexity as possible.

We should live out and experience friendly relations and constructive behaviour in our daily interactions with each other as a matter of course: as a manifesto for the company and its employees. By bringing our shared values to life in daily operations, we create an environment of appreciation, confidence and safety where we can all work effectively. In a more comprehensive sense, our mission statement also forms the framework for our strategic decisions.
