Calibration by a professional
In terms of measurement accuracy, we place the highest demands on our power quality devices. Nevertheless, it is inevitable that the accuracy of the devices will decline over time. To counteract this, we offer you the opportunity to calibrate your Power Quality devices with us. So that you can enjoy your Power Quality devices for a long time. If you send us one or more devices in the course of calibration, we would kindly ask you to enclose the corresponding (mobile or permanently installed) device identification document.
Calibration of our mobile Power Quality Analyzers
We recommend a calibration interval of three years for our mobile power analyzers in order to maintain the required accuracy of IEC61000-4-30 for Class A measuring instruments. The devices are adjusted and calibrated on the premises of A. Eberle GmbH & Co. KG for adjustment and calibration. We offer you two different options for this:
Recalibration with certificate and inspection label
At our headquarters, we are equipped with the latest calibration and test equipment to bring our PQ boxes back up to scratch. After an intensive test of the devices, we will send you a certificate confirming the accuracy of the devices.
DAkkS calibration
The PQ-Box, current clamp and / or rogowski coil is checkedby an external calibration laboratory and returned with report document.
Calibration of our fix-installed Power Quality devices PQI-DA smart & PQI-DE
Our fix-installed power analyzers are calibrated ex works and are delivered with a corresponding test certificate. Depending on the intended use, calibration and adjustment can also be carried out directly at the installation site using the software. This software functionality requires a licence and can be activated by means of a licence code. A detailed procedure for the calibration process can be found in the instruction manuals.
