We have activated a new portal for communication with our customers. Important information and updates such as security advisories, current software and firmware updates including release notes and change logs for your A. Eberle product will be automatically sent to your e-mail inbox on request.
Just select the product group/s of your A. Eberle device/s (e.g. Power Quality System) while registration to receive all necessary notifications regarding the product groups relevant to you.
Example: A. Eberle publishes new firmware for the fixed installed power quality analyser & fault recorder PQI-DA smart. In this case, a message is sent to all subscribers of the “Power Quality System” product group.
The e-mail messages contain a brief overview of the new features as well as a download link to the new firmware version and the release notes.
