Quality is when the customer comes back – not the product

Our promise to you

We are known by our customers for delivering high quality equipment. However, if contrary to expectations something should go wrong, the repair of our devices is of course free of charge during the warranty period*. Should you need to send us one or more of our devices in the course of repair, we would ask you to enclose the corresponding (mobile or fixed) device idetification document.

You can obtain the current processing times for repairs from service@a-eberle.de or from your sales representative.

For our mobile power quality analyzers, we are happy to offer you a loaner device for the duration of the repair. Please contact us at service@a-eberle.de or your sales representative.

*The repair of devices is free of charge during the warranty period. Damage due to improper use is excluded from this. Units without a recognisable fault will be checked and returned. In this case, the support department will contact the customer.

Our warranty policy is composed as follows:

5 years from date of delivery:

  • 19″-Systems: REG-D, REG-DP, PQI-D, EOR-D with additional components REG-D(P)A
  • PQI-DA smart & PQI-DE
  • MCI

3 years from date of delivery:

  • PQ-Boxes
  • WeSense
  • LVRSys®
  • CI(F)
  • HPCI
  • EOR-1DS/-3DS


Products of other suppliers (Batteries, accessories, etc.):

  • 1 year
