The power data logger for high frequency ranges
PQ-Box 300

DC frequency analysis to 170 kHz
PQ-Box 300
This mobile power data logger, power meter and transient recorder allows permanent DC frequency analysis to 170 kHz. The Class A device has been developed for measurements on low, medium and high-voltage networks and is ideally designed for measurements in harsh environments or where space is very limited. In addition, the device allows the power quality of public and industrial networks to be assessed. The device is thus an essential aid for analysis in high-frequency ranges.

Permanent recording of frequencies up to 170 kHz
Computation from 8 kHz to 170 kHz takes place using a continuous FFT at 200 msec intervals. More than 5000 different measured values can be recorded permanently with measuring intervals from 200ms. In addition, ½ periods (10 ms) minimum and maximum values are recorded.

WLAN interface for cableless communication with the software & app
In addition to a USB and ethernet interface, the data recorded by the power data logger PQ-Box 300 can be transferred to the evaluation PC via a fast WLAN interface. The network analyzercomes with the extensive WinPQ mobile evaluation software, which can be installed on as many PCs as you wish. To round off the excellent user experience, we have developed the PQ-Box app for both Android and iOS. The app allows you to display a wide range of online measurements and alter configurations for current and voltage transformers, measurement intervals or nominal voltages of the PQ-Box 300.
All the standards and protocols upheld – making our products fit for the future
The power data logger PQ-Box 300 creates an automatic standard assessment and event record to:
- EN 50160
- IEC 61000-2-2
- IEC 61000-2-12
- IEC 61000-2-4 (Class 1; 2; 3)
- NRS 048
- IEEE 519
- VDE N-4105
- IEC 61000-4-30 Ed. 3 Class A
- IEC 61000-4-7
- IEC 61000-4-15
- IEC 62586-2 Ed. 2
- IEC 62586-1

Simple menu navigation and intuitive operation of the measuring device
When designing the menu navigation of our mobile network analyzers, we focused on enabling particularly user-friendly and intuitive navigation and thus operation of the measuring device. This means that you as a user can quickly find your way around the device when using the PQ-Box and concentrate on the essentials: the measurement. The user interface of the PQ-Box 150 is identical to that of the PQ-Box 200 and PQ-Box 300 models – also from the PQ-Box family from “A. Eberle”.

Ripple control signal analysis
In addition to measuring the ripple control level, the power data logger is able to trigger a ripple control frequency and capture the voltages and currents for a set frequency. The complete telegram can be shown to a length of 210 seconds, while a wide range of parameters can be set in the network analysis device (triggering threshold, recording threshold, ripple control frequency, bandwidth of the filter curve for ripple control frequency).
