The mobile Power Analyzer

PQ-Box 150

The PQ-Box 150 mobile power analyzer, power meter and transient recorder was designed to quickly locate the source of network disturbances. The class A device was developed for measurements in low, medium and high voltage networks and is ideally designed for mobile measurement operation in harsh environments and in very confined spaces. Thus, the device impresses as a mobile all-rounder of our product group and its wide field of application, which also provides standard reports according to the specifications of EN 50160, IEC 61000-2-2/-2-4 for public and industrial networks.

WLAN interface for wireless communication with the software & App

In addition to a USB and ethernet interface, the data recorded by the PQ-Box 150 can be transferred to the evaluation PC via a fast WLAN interface. The comprehensive evaluation software WinPQ mobil is included in the scope of delivery and can be installed on any number of PCs. To round off the user experience, we have developed the PQ-Box app for Android and iOS. For example, via the app it is possible to display a variety of online measured values, change transformer configurations for current and voltage transformers, the measuring interval or the nominal voltage of the PQ-Box 150.

All standards and protocols fulfilled – so our products are ready for the future

The PQ-Box 150 creates an automatic norm evaluation and event recording according to:

  • EN 50160
  • IEC 61000-2-2
  • IEC 61000-2-12
  • IEC 61000-2-4
  • NRS 048

Simple menu navigation and intuitive operation of the measuring device

When designing the menu navigation of our mobile power analyzers, we focused on enabling particularly user-friendly and intuitive navigation and thus operation of the measuring device. This means that you as a user can quickly find your way around the device when using the PQ-Box and concentrate on the essentials: the measurement. The user interface of the PQ-Box 150 is identical to that of the PQ-Box 200 and PQ-Box 300 models – also from the PQ-Box family from “A. Eberle”.

Standard accessories & device installation – how your PQ Box arrives

  • power analyzer »PQ-Box 150«
  • USB cable
  • 4mm safety sockets incl. inserts for worldwide sockets
  • 5 Delphin terminals (3x red, 1 x green, 1 x blue)
  • Case for measuring device and accessories
  • Hardware operating instructions (software instructions via website and included in software)
  • QR code for downloading WinPQ mobile software
  • TCP-IP connection cable
  • Wide-range AC/DC power supply unit for supply via test leads

Analyse faults in the ripple control telegram with ripple control analysis

The power quality analyzer makes it possible to trigger a ripple control frequency in addition to the ripple control level measurement and to record voltages and currents for a set frequency. The complete telegram can be displayed up to a length of 210 seconds and a variety of parameters can be set in the meter (trigger threshold, recording threshold, ripple control frequency, bandwidth of the filter curve for ripple control frequency).
