Use of the interface component

The PAN-D monitoring unit’s principal function is the redundant monitoring of the voltage. Using the monitoring units, both the tap changer and regulator can be monitored. The PAN-D unit sends a range of signals allowing the safe, clear operation of a transformer. The voltage limits U2, <>U4, operation lamp, notifications “regulator fault”, “tap changer fault” etc. are issued by LED and relay contact. In addition, the freely programmable inputs and outputs can be used to achieve application-specific tasks.
