Use of the display interface

The position indicator display REG-BCD receives the notification of the contact bank of a tap changer via BCD code and displays it on the inbuilt screen. Inputs EBCD 1 … EBCD 20 and E Vz- are controlled by voltage U+ and relate to the “E GND” connection of the REG-F”BCD”. Control of the ,-, symbol is available separately. A power unit delivers the supply voltage for the display. The ANA-D interface component is always ready for deployment where the number of freely available analogue mA inputs and outputs is too great for a REGSys™ component.
